8 large sea scallops
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Lobster Tail
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set the broiler to high.
Using kitchen scissors, cut down the middle of the lobster tail shell, stopping before the tail fin. Gently loosen the meat and lift it over the shell for a butterfly effect.
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, and lemon juice. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
