12 oz (340g) semisweet or milk chocolate, chopped

1 cup (250ml) heavy cream
8 oz (225g) semisweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
Bake the Cake Layers:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch (23cm) round cake pans. Line the bottoms with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Gradually stir in the boiling water (the batter will be thin).
