  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:

  • 1/4 cup (50g) sugar
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Base Layer:
    • Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it evenly into the bottom of the baking dish to form a smooth layer.
  3. Make the Filling:
    • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
