Crispy Cheesy Meatballs

Introduction:

These crispy cheesy meatballs are the perfect bite-sized  snack or appetizer. Packed with a blend of flavorful ingredients, they’re fried to golden perfection and make an irresistible addition to any party platter or family meal.




Recipe:

Ingredients:

500g ground chicken or beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan  cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 egg

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions:

Prepare the Meatball Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, and egg.

Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.

Shape the Meatballs:

Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.

Repeat with the remaining mixture and place the formed meatballs on a plate.

Heat the Oil:

In a deep frying pan or pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Ensure the oil is hot but not smoking (around 175°C or 350°F).

Fry the Meatballs:

Carefully add the meatballs in batches to the hot oil. Avoid overcrowding the pan.

Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per batch.

Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

Serve:

Arrange the meatballs on a serving plate and garnish with additional parsley if desired.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauces, such as marinara, ranch, or spicy mayo.
