Recipe:

Ingredients:

500g ground chicken or beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan  cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 egg

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions:

Prepare the Meatball Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, and egg.

Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.

Shape the Meatballs:

Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.

Repeat with the remaining mixture and place the formed meatballs on a plate.

1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)

1 cup cream cheese (softened)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup buttermilk


1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).


Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and flour. Add the melted butter and mix well. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the buttermilk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until everything is well combined.
